There's another app with a similar name - what's going on?

There is another app that includes the word "Charge" in its name and many people get confused. If you're unsure, check the app icon you tap to launch the app and if the icon is not the same as the image below and when you launch the app it doesn't look like the screenshots below, then you're probably using the other app, so if you need support you'll need to contact them directly.
