I see an empty screen with no data displayed - how do I fix it?
This is likely due to behind-the-scenes changes being made which require your account connection to be re-established, but don't worry, it's quick and easy to resolve by following these steps. (Be sure to follow them exactly, in the order listed)
OPTION 1
- Tap on the 'Menu' (3 dots in the top right corner) and tap 'Sign out'.
- Complete the steps on the Terms and Conditions screen and then sign in using your Stripe account.
The above steps will resolve the issue in most cases, however if the issue still remains, please follow these steps:
OPTION 2
- Uninstall the app and then restart your device. Don't just turn the screen off, you need to restart your device so it fully turns off and then on again.
- Reinstall the app and login with your Stripe account.
