When logging into to Charge for the first time (instructions here), most users will simply enter their Stripe credentials and be up and running in seconds, but some users may be prompted to provide more information such as Director information or bank account information. If you are prompted to provide this information after entering your Stripe credentials, please provide the information which is being requested by Stripe to allow you to complete the login process.

To be clear, we are not requesting this information - the login screens are coming directly from Stripe and is being transmitted directly to Stripe, so if you are encountering this when you login to our apps for the first time, once you've provided this information, you should be able to complete the login process and be up and running and ready to process payments in no time.
