I'm encountering an issue - can you please fix it?

We're sorry to hear that you're encountering an issue with our app, but rest assured we'll do our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. To help us work out what's causing the issue, please follow these steps:

Take a screenshot (Apple | Android) of the screen where you're encountering the issue. Or if it's something more complex, please provide a screen recording (Apple | Android) of the issue occurring including the steps you take prior to the issue happening.

Send an email to containing the screenshots/video of the issue, the device you are using and the version or Android/iOS it is running, along with whatever additional information you can provide that will help us to understand the issue you are encountering, or go to and scroll down and select 'Chat with us' and send the details through via live chat.

Once we've received this information, we'll come back to you with any other queries we may have and we'll get to work right away on investigating the issue and will do our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
