I need to add/update my Display Name - how do I do that?
The 'Display name' is the name that is displayed on the screen when using Tap to Pay to process a payment. If you haven't already added a Display name in your Stripe account, you will be prompted to add one before you're able to process a payment using Tap to Pay. This is not something that can be done within our app, but it's pretty straightforward to do if you follow the steps below:
- Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/ and login to your Stripe account.
- Click on the Settings icon (the 'cog') in the top right corner and then click on 'Business'.
- Ensure the 'Account name' field is populated in the 'Account details' section as well as the various fields in the 'Business details' section.
