# Payment failed error - what to do next

**Payment Failed**
There was an unexpected error -- try again in a few seconds

This issue is due to changes with the Stripe API and to resolve this issue please follow these steps:
1. Uninstall the app and then restart your device.
2. [Reinstall the app](/en-au/article/where-can-i-download-your-app-eq7zri/) and login with your Stripe account.
