# I'm encountering an error when logging in

If you're trying to login and keep seeing an error message when entering your password, don't worry it's usually easily fixed by following these steps:
1. Uninstall the app from your phone
2. Turn your phone completely off
3. Turn your phone back on and reinstall the app

This issue is usually caused due to caching where users have logged into their Stripe account on their device browser already, and the webview being used to login to our app clashes with the cached data. Following the steps above appears to resolve this issue every time, however if you still encounter this issue after following these steps, please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist you further.
