# Data is no longer displaying in the app? (Blank screen issue)

If you open the app and there is no data being displayed, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Google Play/Apple App Store and see if there is a new update waiting to be uploaded.
2. Install the update and your data should be displayed all ok as per usual.

This should resolve this issue 95% of the time, however if the issue remains, please follow the steps provided here ->
